Dan has over 25 years of experience in talent acquisition and staffing. He began his career in staffing at Oxford Global Resources. In 2000, Dan founded New Iron Solutions. With senior mainframe talent aging out of the workforce, it became increasingly evident over the years that his clients needed assistance in finding and retaining the talent necessary to support their “Big Iron.” This realization led to the launch of IT Executive Search Services in 2019. Dan is highly proficient at aligning qualified business and technical staff to meet clients' business growth and expansion goals.
